Interesting Detail - 3

My first interesting detail post on trousers features a trouser from Carin Webster. The pleating detail is fantastic but isn't for everyone so that won't be the topic of the post instead it will be the waistband. The two buttons in the front and the two buttons adjustment in the sides (no belt needed but even if it fits perfectly skip the belt show off the details) add flair to a usually boring grey wool trouser (the pleating detail helps a lot too).
Ill leave you with another look featuring the trousers.

those trousers! how interesting are they, not one but two brilliant details. the pleated deatail is just lovely, something new, i haven't actually seen anything like that before. the waistband is great too, those buttons at the sides are for braces aren't they?

where can you buy these?

I think those pleats were inspired by ladies skirt's some do have pleats that start tha low! in the artistic sense it's incredible! but i'm not gonna wear that... i love the buttons on the waist, but it wld've been better if there were no belt holes.

Yo jonas i kinda got an idea of a collaborative effort btw mat ,u and i for our blogs??? lemme know if u wanna give it a listen

Interesting trousers. I think they blend the modern (pleats) with the old (the waistband). Similar waistbands can be found on vintage trousers and especially Oxford Bags of the time period.

Very cool, keep it up!
